2. Check-in & Check-out Policies
- Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Guests under this age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Documentation: A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport/Identity Card) and the credit card used for the booking must be presented upon check-in.
3. Deposit & Payment Policies
- Damage Deposit: A security deposit of 1,000 HKD (via credit card) is required upon arrival for incidental charges or potential damages. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay.
- Third-Party Payments: The hotel does not accept third-party payments. The credit card used for payment must match the name of the registered guest and be presented physically at the reception.
4. Children & Extra Bed Policies
- Children Policy: One child under 11 years old can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents (maximum 1 child per room). Please note that breakfast is not included for the child under this policy.
- Child Breakfast Fees: Breakfast is free for children aged 2 and under. For children aged 3 to 11, a breakfast surcharge applies (approximately 75 HKD per child).
- Extra Beds (Rollaway): Available upon request for an additional fee of 500 HKD per night (subject to room type and availability).
5. Hotel Regulations & Security
- Non-Smoking Policy: Nathan Hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking in guest rooms or public areas will result in a deep-cleaning fee.
- Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
- Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the guest rooms.
6. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the room type and specific rate plan selected.
- Please review the specific conditions of your chosen rate during the booking process to understand any applicable cancellation fees or penalties.
7. Privacy & Disclaimer
Thank you for your support to Nathan Hotel. We will apply and comply with the laws and principles of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Laws of Hong Kong in collecting, holding, processing, and using your personal data.
